The Social and Behavioral Sciences Building, or SBSB for short, is the largest academic building on campus and home to CSUSM's largest college, the College of Humanities, Arts, Behavioral and Social Sciences (CHABSS).

With two dozen departments, including everything from psychology and sociology to communication and political science, to name a handful, SBSB is where students explore the full range of the human experience. These programs form the core of a liberal arts education, building the critical thinking, communication and analytical skills that employers across every industry desire.
